It will help me to diagnose the motherboard, the CPU and the PSU (power supply unit). It consists of a few voltmeters and a few ammeters. I will measure the CPU Vcore, the voltage that reaches CPU step down converter and the current that is going to the CPU step down converter.

Another day with faulty desktop motherboard

Today I managed to find the fault. It was the faulty CPU and  another CPU was faulty that I used in this motherboard for testing. This CPU was bought from ebay. Always double check CPU's from ebay with good known motherboard.
